New MacBook Charging Problems…

Apple recently introduced two new processors, the Silicon M1 Pro and the Silicon M1 Max. He also introduced an interesting MacBook Pro laptop. The special feature of novelty is in the screen, as new Apple laptops have a notch in the screen, just like iPhone phones.

Apple has put two new models for sale, one with a size of 35.6 cm (14 in) and the other with a screen of 40.6 cm (16 in) diagonal. Full-size function keys are back on the keyboard, and the track bars introduced in 2016 are no longer available. In terms of connectors, there’s a full-size HDMI, 3 Thunderbolt4 slots, an SD card reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a MagSafe connector known from earlier generations of MacBooks.

However, the MagSafe connector causes problems for users of the new MacBook Pro 16 laptops. It does not charge when the computer is turned off and the screen cover is closed. The MagSafe interface via the built-in diode is supposed to warn users about charging irregularities.

At Apple, they are aware of the problem. It is not known at this time what he will do after leaving the position. Until then, users will need to charge the MacBook Pro 16 in standby mode with the display cover open. This is to ensure the laptop is actually charged.
