Sustainable measures are a top priority for action. Over the course of 18 months, Epson has been developing solutions to increase business efficiency and reduce intrusions at customer sites. Keypoint Intelligence has awarded Epson Remote Services (ERS) to Epson with the Buyers Lab (BLI) Pick Award 2022.
Launched in 2020, Epson’s EDF software provides remote service solutions to office environment automation service providers to help improve the management and efficiency of their business inkjet fleet.
This free software, which enables remote diagnosis and troubleshooting, reduces on-site service requirements and provides higher first repair success rates, helps reduce service costs, and reduces downtime or printer downtime. It also reduces the requirements for service technicians’ visits and the impact of their business trips on the environment.
