At the end of September 2021, Microsoft officially introduced one of the most innovative phones of its time. Here, of course, we are talking about the Surface Duo 2 smartphone. It is undoubtedly a device that perfectly adapts to the requirements of modern society and the most advanced users.
The new Surface Duo 2 uses two 14.7 cm or 5.8 inch screens with a diagonal of 1,892 x 1,344 pixels and a frequency of 90 Hz to display images. The screen can be rotated up to 360 degrees, which means it can be used as a classic smartphone as well as a tablet or even an advanced e-book. When the device is fully opened, the user has a screen with a diagonal of 21.1 cm (8.5 inches), a resolution of 2,688 x 1,892 pixels and an aspect ratio of 3 to 2.
If online rumors are to be believed, Microsoft will soon present a successor to the Surface Duo 2 smartphone, which will be equipped with three screens. The novelty will be equipped with the Microsoft Surface Trio sales mark, and the use of three screens should provide a better user experience, since the phone can also be used as a tablet. Microsoft has already filed a patent application for the new Surface Trio, but it is not yet known when the new product will be available for free.
