Recently Intel announced a new generation of computers NUC (Next Unit of Computing), which is also suitable for the most demanding tasks, while being compact enough to find space almost anywhere. The new generation of newcomers will also please the slightly more demanding users, since they are equipped with 12th generation Intel processors that can handle even the most demanding tasks.
The new Intel NUC 12 Extreme compact computer uses the LGA 1700 socket, which can accommodate Intel processors up to 65W. This means that the newcomer will also be able to use it in tandem with the powerful Intel Core i9-12900 processor. As far as system memory is concerned, DDR4 3200 memory is available with a total capacity of 64GB. New DDR5 support is expected to arrive soon.
The new Intel NUC 12 Extreme Compact PC will feature the Dragon Canyon label. It is not yet known when the novelty will be available for free. But it certainly wouldn’t be completely cheap. This will be a very powerful personal computer that can easily cope with the most demanding tasks.
