The demand for PCs with AMD processors is increasing day by day, which is why they choose the leading PC manufacturers as well. Recently, AMD also gained ground in the field of graphics cards, which was recently demonstrated by the development of graphics cards from the Radeon Pro W60000 family. In fact, these are exceptional graphics cards designed primarily for workstations, as they can significantly speed up the operation of custom graphics design applications.
AMD Radeon Pro W6000 family graphics cards are based on the RDNA2 architecture, using a 6-nm manufacturing process. The newcomers support PCIe 3.0 and PCIe 4.0 graphics drivers and offer up to 8K resolution images. At AMD, they promise that the new graphics cards will be able to handle even the most demanding tasks, especially in dedicated graphic design applications.
AMD will offer three graphics cards from the Radeon Pro W6000 family. Customers will be able to choose between Radeon Pro W6400, Radeon Pro W6500M and Radeon Pro W6300M graphics cards. The Radeon Pro W6400 graphics card will be available first this quarter, when a recalculated €202 will have to be charged. Graphics cards for mobile or portable workstations Radeon Pro W6500M and Radeon Pro W6300M will be available before the summer.
