The trend of foldable smartphones is slowly but surely growing, so it’s no surprise that Apple has also started paying attention to this technology.
According to online rumors, the company is testing a foldable device with a 9-inch or 22.9cm OLED screen. The device they are developing is expected to become either a foldable iPhone smartphone or an iPad tablet in the near future. The details of this were revealed to the public by the famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
Apple is currently testing the benefits of using foldable screens before putting the device on shelves. Since Apple is just starting to test foldable screens, it will be some time before the first such device sees the light of day. This is expected to happen between 2024 and 2025. However, the iPhone is expected to be Apple’s first foldable device.
