Intel Alder Lake-HX processors for …

Visitors to CES 2022 were pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the Alder Lake-H family of processors. It is the 12th generation of Intel H family processors, designed for both desktop and laptop computers. The main advantage of these processors is to provide support for DDR5 system memory. However, when fully loaded, it consumes only 45 watts of power.

For the most demanding users, Intel has developed processors of the Alder Lake-HX family. The fact that these processors are more powerful is already demonstrated by the fact that they consume up to 55 watts of electrical power at full load. That’s 10 watts more than Alder Lake-H family processors. Alder Lake-HX processors are equipped with up to 16 processor cores and 24 virtual cores, and reach a frequency of up to five gigahertz at full load.

The new Intel Alder Lake-HX family processors will soon appear in high-end laptops. Dell and Asus were among the first to choose them. Five models of Intel Alder processors will be available to users. More information about it is available below.
