All the details provided by Apple…

The year is approaching and it’s time again for Apple to reveal what it has in store for the future.

Each year, Apple organizes an event focused on developers who care about newness in Apple’s hardware and software ecosystem. The event is called the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), which announces what happens at the Apple Workshop in early June each year. WWDC 2022 began on June 6, 2022 and will run through June 10.

Although WWDC 2022 primarily focuses on developers, software, and services, Apple rarely releases hardware at this event. This year they have a very diverse content. Find out what they have to offer below.

iOS 16

iOS is software that powers iPhone all over the world. Apple has prepared quite a few new tricks and improvements for the new iOS 16. They also got some inspiration for some features from Android smartphones.

First, they set out to customize the lock screen. IOS users will be able to change the look of the lock screen with gestures and touches, including filters, fonts, color accents, and more. You will also be able to add widgets. If this sounds familiar to you, it is because you have been able to discover something similar on Android devices for a long time. Each Android disguise has its own version of the aforementioned feature, but it basically allows for the same degree of customization.

Apple also introduced Live Activities, which will allow developers to send (push) notifications more elegantly. For example, instead of a number of sports score notifications while a match is still running, Live Activities allows you to add tools that developers can use to constantly release this information instead of bombarding users with countless notifications. Notifications are also better organized on the lock screen in iOS 16.

They have also improved the dictation function and you can now switch between normal typing and voice dictation at any time.
