The Samsung Galaxy S family of phones is very popular among smartphone users. Expectations are always high, and so far Samsung is still delivering on its promises. Last year, we were spoiled with three new Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra, and this year they continue the story with the new Galaxy S22, which will rule the mobile throne at least until next year.
If you’ve been following the news in the smartphone space, rumors surfaced earlier this year that Samsung is also considering a Galaxy S22 FE smartphone. This is actually supposed to be an upgrade for this year’s Galaxy S21 “Fan Edition”, which should bring a mix of flavors to all three Galaxy S22 phones. Modernity is supposed to stand out in two areas. The new device is supposed to be equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor.
But as it turns out, Samsung is expected to change its mind. According to online rumors, the computer giant has completely abandoned the idea of preparing the Galaxy S22 FE smartphone. This was recently confirmed by reliable sources close to Samsung. The reasons for this are said to be that Samsung was not able to make a lot of money selling the Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 FE smartphones. Therefore, it is expected that Samsung will decide to completely abandon the further development of the “Fan Edition” family of phones, including the Galaxy S22 FE. The Galaxy A. family phones will take their place.
