Laptop with AMD Ryzen processor…

As the competition in the notebook processor space is not subsiding, AMD recently announced the arrival of a completely new family of notebook processors. The processors of the Ryzen 6000 Mobile family are based on Zen 3+ technology and are manufactured using 6nm technology. Its frequency is up to five gigahertz. Integrated graphic RDNA2 with up to 12 processing units is responsible for calculating graphic content. To some extent, this is powerful enough to run even modern PC games.

The most powerful representatives of mobile processors AMD Ryzen 6000 Mobile have eight physical processors or 16 virtual cores. Of course, AMD Ryzen 6000 Mobile also provides support for modern technologies. Among them, support for fast DDR5/LPDDR5 system memories, WiFi 6E DBS technologies and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless technologies. In addition, there is support for the PCI Express 4.0 data bus. The maximum electricity consumption is only 45 watts.

With AMD Ryzen 6000 Mobile processors offering so much, it’s no surprise that Lenovo has already decided. That’s what the ThinkBook 13s laptop is equipped with. The most powerful model is equipped with an octa-core Ryzen 7 6800U processor, while the weaker model is equipped with a Ryzen 5 6600U processor. The latter uses six processor cores and 12 processor threads to compute the data. Both processors consume up to 15 watts of electrical power at full load, so the autonomy of the new product will certainly be excellent. The cake is crowned with an integrated Radeon 600 graphics card, which performs even more demanding tasks.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s laptop will be equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5 6400 system memory. Up to a terabyte of space is available for data storage. The novelty is also equipped with a screen with a diagonal of 13.3 inches or 33.8 cm and a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels or 2560×1600 pixels (depending on the model). This new product is expected to reach European soil in the autumn months of this year.
