ASRock first with its Intel Arc A380 graphics card

At AMD and Nvidia, everything is ready to start sales of the new generation of graphics cards, which are supposed to further improve the gaming experience. Intel will definitely join this. It looks like ASRock has already warmed up to Intel discrete graphics cards as well. Its engineers were the first to prepare an independent graphics card, the Arc A380. This is a graphics card of a low price category, which will especially delight fans of the least demanding PC games.

The ASRock Arc A380 Challenger discrete graphics card is already equipped with an Intel Xe-HPG 128EU graphics core (Arc ACM-G11). It uses eight Xe cores with a frequency of up to 2450MHz to calculate graphic content. 6 GB of 15.5 GB GDDR6 graphics memory is available for data storage. The graphics core and memory are connected via a 96-bit data bus. Since the novelty consumes up to 75 watts of electrical energy, it does not need an external power source.

The ASRock Arc A380 Challenger graphics card is designed to play PC games in 1080p resolution at an average frequency of over 60 frames per second. This is also true for the most popular PC games. Among them, we find games such as World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Overwatch, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, NiZhan and Dota 2. This is not surprising, as the new version Fully compatible with Microsoft DirectX 12 Ultimate library. In addition, it fully supports advanced Intel XMX technology.

The interesting graphics card ASRock Arc A380 Challenger will be on sale before the beginning of summer. In all likelihood, it will be between 145 euros and 155 euros calculated, which is not exactly expensive.
